What we do

How we help

We run a few different ones. Depends on what your child needs. Learning Difference Evaluations help us catch things like ADHD or Dyslexia that schools sometimes miss. We also do ADHD and Executive Functioning Assessments for kids who can’t focus, lose track of time, or can’t get organized, no matter what. If your child might need an IEP or 504 plan at school, we assess for that too. And we look at emotional and social stuff for kids who struggle with friendships or managing their feelings. Whatever the issue is, we find it and then we tell you how to fix it.

Maybe. If reading is a nightly war. If your child forgets instructions two seconds after you give them. If teachers keep saying they’re not trying hard enough. If meltdowns happen over tiny things. If school makes them cry or shut down. Those are signals that something’s not right. An assessment gives you real answers instead of endless worry. Once you know what you’re dealing with, you can finally help the right way.

Easy. Call us or go to our Contact page and send a message. We talk first. Just a conversation about what you’re seeing at home and school. Then we pick a day that fits your schedule. After the assessment, we give you a full report that explains everything in regular words. No fancy terms, you need a dictionary to understand.

Usually, one to two hours. We let kids take breaks. Nobody’s timing them with a stopwatch. After that day, we spent about a week writing up the full report. Results. What it means. What to do next. We don’t rush because this stuff matters too much.

Sometimes. Call your insurance company first and ask them directly. Some plans cover assessments. Some don’t. Some cover part of it. If you need forms or documentation from us for a claim, just ask. We help with that stuff all the time.
